Following the meeting you will receive a summary of the discussion as well as a portfolio of useful resources for your trip.
If you chose ‘Trip Planning’ as part of the package, we provide you with a detailed itinerary, useful travel materials and important information such as insurance, visa, safety requirements etc.…
The Process
We give recommendations for the trip but we cannot do any bookings. However, we could guide you through the booking process at an additional fee.

Booking tours and activities: we will do our best to make the right choices for you based on your requirements but we cannot guarantee any services, tours or activities will meet 100% of your expectations.
Recommendations are based on extensive research on the destinations as well as personal experiences of our team members.
Exclusions
A basic one-hour consultation costs $35. The price of the package for consultancy and trip planning depends on the number of destinations you would like to visit and the duration of the trip. The lowest package costs $70 for 1 Destination | 1 Week and the highest one costs $160 for 3+ Destinations |3-4 weeks. Please note that full payment is required to book an appointment.
